Eligibility for Returns Packmart LLC specializes in biodegradable food containers and disposable products aimed primarily at restaurants and retailers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and store credit under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as they were received.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mitesh@packmart.org or call us at (469) 863-9532. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions and the shipping address for returning the goods.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
Receiving Your Store Credit Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within a certain number of days.
Exchanges Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
